SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products purchased from the NaturalMega.com store are sent in packages through national and international shipping couriers.

During the payment process, you must indicate your shipping address correctly, since this will be the address with which shipping couriers will be handled. If you have indicated your address incorrectly, this may cause a delay in the delivery of the package.

Cost

Although most of our products include free shipping, on occasion, we may apply an additional cost for shipping, which may vary depending on where you have indicated that we send the package. In this case, we will explicitly inform you if this shipping charge will be applied to your package. Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States of America. The calculations to determine the shipping cost are made taking into account the weight and dimensions of the products that make up the package.

Handling and shipping time

Orders placed before 11:00 am (GMT-4) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed on Saturdays after 6:00 pm (GMT-4) will be processed starting the following Monday.

Packages within the United States of America are handled through USPS. Once your order is processed and delivered to USPS, you will receive a Tracking Number by email with which you can see the status of your package and the estimated delivery time from USPS.
